emergency protective measures, including

100 percent of the total eligible costs. The
period of up to 72 hours at 100 percent
excludes debris removal.
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program

All counties in the State of Mississippi are
eligible to apply for assistance under the
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.

Richland, Sabine, St. Landry, Tensas, Union,
Vernon, Webster, West Carroll, and Winn for
emergency protective measures, including
direct Federal assistance, will be provided at
100 percent of the total eligible costs.
Consistent with the requirement that Federal
assistance be supplemental, any Federal funds
provided under the Stafford Act for Public
Assistance will be limited to 75 percent of
the total eligible costs.
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program

prevent or reduce long term risk to life and
property from natural hazards):
St. Mary, St. Tammany and Ouachita Parishes in
the State of Louisiana are eligible to apply
for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation
